Building financial confidence for all

When a company has a commitment to a purpose, the results can be inspirational.

SunTrust bank declared their Purpose, “lighting the way to financial well-being”, in 2012 and since then we’ve worked alongside them to put that purpose into action, across every single element of the business—including wholesale, consumer, mortgage and internal communications.

We’ve developed their brand strategy—redefining their personality, aligning product and branch naming and demonstrated how purpose can infuse everything from retail collateral to major brand campaigns.

We’ve supported the launch of a movement for financial confidence with a concert for over 12,000 teammates, conceived and designed a branded experience (The onUp Experience) at SunTrust park, helped to develop a financial wellness program for business (Momentum onUp), and devised an employee engagement initiative called the Purpose Ambassadors program for SunTrust teammates—now in its fourth year with 550 members, which was recognised at the PR Week Purpose Awards for ‘Best Integration into Culture’.

In the process, we’ve helped SunTrust reshape their brand, improve brand consideration and create clear differentiation in a competitive market.
